So, I went to the dealer yesterday and was diagnosed with a transfer case leak. The car only has 15,500 miles on it.There's a older thread about TC leaks, I think started by kracka. His 2010 leaked at very low mi as well. Maybe you can ask them to drain the transfer case into a pan to inspect for metal shavings, if there are that TC will have problems sooner than later. If not, just pay for a drain and refill then be at ease.First determine which unit is low on fluid tranny or xfer case so you know which seal to replace. You will have to pull the xfer case to replace either seal or both is you desire to do so. Your gonna need floor jack, jack stands, tranny jack preferably for xfer case and an assortment of hand tools to do this job. S.
