I've been learning a lot from these forums lately and I'm hoping I can get some advice regarding a used Stihl BG55 blower I looked at today. It seemed to run pretty good, but as you can see in the attached pictures I am worried it may have a gas/oil leak.To mix gas for your Stihl weed eater, you will need to combine the correct ratio of fuel and oil. Stihl recommends a 50:1 ratio, which is 2.6 ounces of oil per gallon of gasoline. Mix the gas and oil in an approved fuel container and shake well to ensure thorough mixing. Use only high-quality 2-cycle oil that is designed for air-cooled engines.
