It's pretty pricey and requires a lot of prep work. Long term it tends to eventually flake. If you prep it as well as it needs, other cheaper methods tend to fare nearly as well. Sandblasting is great but it takes forever to setup, requires a lot of hardware, and makes a huge mess.
