I live in a townhouse and have no way of knowing who has a network extender in my vicinity. My wireless phone service has been terrible at my house for at least a year now, but I always thought it was poor reception.But based on my experience and the reports on this forum, it seems clear that the problem is not a hardware extender problem. It is a connectivity issue that can only be remedied on Verizon's end. No amount of configuration by the user has been reported to fix this issue. Then it quit working and was stuck trying to connect to the SeGW server. Tried unplugging and doing the factory reset, rebooted the modem, all to no avail.
