Mealwood doesn't need CO2 either. I point this out because drecko ranch design can be very simple - you don't need to care about temperature (so long as it's 0-30C for the mealwood to grow) and if you make a 6 tall x 16 wide room, you can have open pneumatic screen doors on the floor level allowing base air to circulate through and just run a electrolyzer in the room until the top 3-4 layers ...Although for more efficiency/ease of design, have you considered a starvation ranch based drecko design? The breeding room is either O2 with mealwood, to encourage glossy drecko eggs. Or Cl2 with balm lilies, to encourage normal drecko eggs.
