Not sure what the latest news is on the 2019-2022 3.5s. depends on maintenance. Gen 1 at least - If you do routine oil changes, at the correct mileage interval, pre new spec oil then not an issue. i have 127k on my 13 with zero issues. if you do the longer change intervals without the ford spec oil, then yes. still a problem.Our 2018 with the 3.5 (23K miles, built in August 2018) occasionally makes a brief rattle upon startup after sitting for a few days.
