Averaged 180+ stops/300+ packages daily and usually finished 1-2 hours early. First couple days at FedEx you'll be doing "training" which is basically watching boring old 1990s videos ...Coincidentally our dsp pulled out of their contract within a month. I started out at 17 in Escondido/Carlsbad CA. 40 hours a week and 1.5 hour round trip commute, between the low pay high gas prices I was taking home like 600 a week. 180+ stops/250-300 pkgs a day/ mandatory rescues and no overtime. Working 4 days in a row is too much. 3 days in a row 1 off then 1 on then 2 days off.
