Carbed 350

This is how it runs on stock carb with full choke. Any ideas what is causing it?.

When I first put the engine in it made 177 whp and 262 wtq with the headers, older OE dual exhaust and X-pipe. After the manifold/TBI/air cleaner swap and 1.6 rockers it made 204 whp and 306 wtq. Then I swapped a 1996 LT4 roller camshaft into it. Cam swap pushed it to 250 whp and 320 wtq.Currently I have a gen 1 carbed 350 and a th400 auto. Im planning on going carbureted since I !!!HATE!!! wiring. Im going to get a vortec intake and use my edelbrock 600cfm. maybe it would be best if i made a list of questions rather than a big old scrambled paragraph 1. after swapping in the intake and carb will I still need the wiring harness ...
