When doing the camshaft tensioners you must install new tensioner gaskets, new camshaft plugs and camshaft seals. Also there's metal mating surfaces on the last camshaft brakets (not sure if they are called that).Typically, camshaft seals do not need to be replaced unless other components, such as the camshaft, are being replaced. Replace the timing belt when replacing the camshaft seals, and vice versa.
