Baby measuring 1 week ahead

I had an ultrasound at 34 weeks where my baby's body was measuring 34 weeks and the head was 38. So I was referred to get a more in depth scan and they said the same measurements and there was no need to worry, because it's probably genetic. I accepted that, but my ob did another ultrasound at 35 weeks and the head was measuring 41 weeks…..
