In …I have had my Alphatig for about a year, it's a 2015 model. It has been flawless from day one on all processes and metals. Fired it up today to weld on an aluminum intercooler and it's a no go. It is sputtering off and on and only pushing minimal amps. It sounds a lot like a fast low low amp pulse mode, maybe 4 arcs a second. On AC that is all it will do.
